Mail Worth Receiving This Christmas & A Giveaway

Sometimes life just catches up with us and one thing we all lack is time.  Often that means we miss loved ones birthday’s or can’t squeeze in a visit over Christmas.  This is especially true if there’s a considerable amount of distance between you and the person in question.

While you probably feel bad, there are ways to show you love and care for them even though you aren’t there physically.

A beautiful letter or card with written sentiment is always a winner, but if you want to do that something extra have you ever thought about sending something to tantalise their sweet side 😉

Oh yes, I’m talking about cake.  All kinds of cake… chocolate cake, fruit cake, sponge cake, gluten-free cake and dairy free cake (Mummy Memories I’m thinking of you here!).  And while you can order any cake to be delivered (including sending one to yourself) as they come in a manner of sizes, I think there’s something quite beautiful about their letterbox gift cake.

With the option to personalise some of the cakes and pick the most suitable design there will be a cake to suit all visual tastes.  There are the traditional looking cakes, the cartoon cakes, the cheeky cakes and the cakes you can add your own photos to.  Imagine someone receiving an individual portioned cake with a message just to them from you.  Pretty special I think!

I am not ashamed to say that I polished off the entire cake to myself.  That’s what happens when I’m left alone with cake…

If you want to see just how amazing it is to wake up and find there’s cake waiting on your doormat you’re in luck, as Baker Days have kindly decided to gift one of my readers with the chance to choose and receive one of their own letterbox Christmas gift cakes.  Just use the rafflecopter below.  This giveaway is only open to UK residents.
